This contrapuntal poem delves into the intricate relationship between Earth and Water. By weaving together their voices, a total of 3 perspective readings tell a story of the once harmonious connection and the current looming threat of further separation.
about the ARTISTs
Faith Foo is a young artist who explores themes of growth and self-discovery in his work. He uses mixed media to create miniature sculptures as well as traditional prints, which he compiles into visual collections.
Pixie Tan lives and breathes in the written word. Her passion as a wordsmith has led her into a variety of roles, including being a theatre critic, novel editor, blog and web content writer, social media content creator, and more.
They both accumulated a grasp of techniques in prose and poetry during their time in the University of Nottingham’s creative writing programme.
Ratu Yousei joins them as a student of English Literature and Creative Writing who writes songs, poems and essays. He believes in the prophethood of poets.
Musicians:
Kevin is a trained vocalist, and plays the guitar.
Shawn is a mixer and composer, responsible for sound design.
